This application is a tool for organising and for personal development, letting you rank your priorities while adapting to your pace.

ComboZen can help you build daily routines and identify the steps that are doable today for your projects.

Depending on how far along your goals are, the application prioritises your tasks according to the zone you are in: learning, comfort or stretch.

It is fully configurable and gives you a dashboard to follow your progress and your watch points. The goals you reach are filed into your achievements if you want to keep the trace, and you can bring them back later if you need to.

ComboZen sets itself according to your progress, to follow your development as closely as it can.

What you see when you open the application

Your goals for today, and nothing else: what you can do, at your own measure.

A step planned for Thursday waits for you on Thursday, and whatever you have checked off clears away. Once the day’s list is done, the day is yours.

Decide, put in order, stick to it

A large project paralyses us because we do not know where to take hold of it. ComboZen asks three simple questions: what you are aiming for, the first step you can take today, and the moment of the day to place it in.

Every day, you come back to your goals and their steps, you weigh them again, you adjust them.

Breaking down, ordering, choosing a moment, remembering: these are skills, and skills are practised. The application gives them something concrete to work on, day after day, on tasks cut to your measure.

The application adapts to where you stand

One and the same screen does not suit someone starting out and someone whose habits have held for two months. ComboZen recognises three moments, and changes what it brings forward.

There is nothing for you to set: the zone follows from what you do, and it moves in both directions.

🌱🛋️🏔️
  1. 1. Zone: learning

At the start, and whenever a step has never been begun.

Those steps come first. The first move is the costly one: the application puts it in front of you rather than leaving it at the bottom of a list.

  2. 2. Zone: comfort

When you are keeping up your habits and nothing is waiting to be started.

Your running streaks come first. The screen lightens, the explanations fade: you know where you stand, and the space goes back to your goals.

  3. 3. Zone: stretch

When everything has been kept up for a while, with a long combo behind you.

The order follows your priorities, and whatever stalls is pointed out. This is the moment to aim higher — and if the pace weakens, the demand comes back down on its own.

You can step back whenever you like: nobody has to earn the right to go more slowly. Moving up, on the other hand, is observed rather than decided — the application takes you there when the facts follow. This safeguard keeps a passing ambition from turning into a list nobody can hold.

A habit settles in, then fades away

You choose what you want to do regularly, on which days and at what moment of the day: that is how a routine is put together. The pace can spread out as the habit takes hold, until it stands on its own.

It then joins your achievements and leaves your daily list: you keep the record of it, without having it in front of you every morning, and your attention goes back to what has not settled in yet. A missed day restarts the combo, without erasing your record.

On your computer, in your pocket

The same account opens from any browser and from the Android application, which adds a widget on the home screen and a counter on the icon. On iPhone, the page is added to the home screen and opens like an application.

A reminder arrives at the time you choose, scheduled by your phone itself.

What you write is nobody’s business but yours

Your goals are kept to their author by the database’s own access rules. Neither another user nor the publisher of the service can read them — administration sees usage volumes only, never a wording. No bank details pass through this site, and no advertising tracker is installed on it.

Between two sessions

What is decided in session, followed up between sessions.

A session sometimes ends on good resolutions. ComboZen carries what comes next, day after day, through the weeks that follow — starting from the person’s own projects, their own pace and their own reasons to move forward.

  • A free account for each of them. Your professional subscription opens an account for every person you support, with no limit on the number. You hand them a code, they enter it in their settings: they pay nothing for as long as you support them.
  • One step at a time, chosen together. It comes back on the days you set, is checked off in one gesture, and disappears once it has settled in.
  • A picture you can actually read. Running combos, efforts kept up, what took more than expected. And the most valuable signal of all: a goal that no longer moves although the effort is steady — often because it no longer quite matches what the person wants.
  • A demand that adjusts by itself. The application brings forward what has not been started, then what is holding, and comes back down on its own when the pace weakens. It does not push where the person is not.
  • Something to look at together during the session. By video call as in the consulting room, ComboZen is read by two: you choose together where to begin, at what pace and by when. What has been decided is already in place when the session ends.

A practitioner dashboard, opened by your request. The form below opens your access: you receive what to do next by email straight away. The people you support can then share their data with you from their own settings, and you get a dashboard that lets you consult their goals and statistics remotely.

By default, you have no access to it. It is the person who shows what they want to show, when they want to — which makes it something to talk from rather than an instrument of surveillance.

ComboZen is not a medical device, not an act of care, not psychological support, and it does not replace the advice of a health professional. It is a tool for organising, which carries what was decided elsewhere.

What you will find in it

Seven features, and that is all. You will never have to learn more than these to use it day to day.

  • Habits

What you want to do regularly. You create them in two questions, they come back on the days you set, and they disappear once they have settled in.

  • Goals

What you are heading towards, when it takes more than a repeated gesture. A goal gathers its steps and carries your overall sense of how it is going.

  • Steps

The real work, cut into things you can actually do. Each one knows when it is expected: on a fixed date, on certain days, or at a pace that spreads out as it settles in.

  • Zones

Three moments along the way — learning, comfort, stretch. The application recognises yours and changes what it brings forward, with nothing for you to set.

  • Achievements

Whatever has settled in leaves the day’s list and is filed here. You keep the record of what you saw through, without having it in front of you every morning.

  • Tracking

Running combos, records, consistency, watch points. Enough to see where you really stand — and what has stalled, which we do not notice on our own.

  • The automatic parts

Reminders at the time you choose, a widget and a counter on the icon, tasks that appear and clear themselves, a demand that rises and falls with you. The point is that nothing should ask you to maintain the tool.
